Join one of our cooking classes for a real grass roots experience where you learn to master a couple of Thai dishes while encountering life within the Klong Toey community. After pick up at 8:30 am in front of Emporium Suites, we take you to the Klong Toey wet market. There you learn about the local Thai produce, much of which you will use and taste afterwards in your cooking class at our small cooking school in the slum.

PLEASE NOTE: Khun Poo is present at most but not every class session. On occasion, she turns the class over to her very capable and equally resilient team of local residents who have worked with her for several year now. We do NOT offer refunds in the case that she is not able to be present for some reason, whether professional (training, board meeting, etc.) or personal (sick, personal day, etc.). While we understand this may be disappointing, please treat our staff kindly and with respect as they, like Poo, are each beautiful success stories in their own way and personally trained by Khun Poo
